Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Liav Matzri, a web design and development studio, considers it important that every person, including people with disabilities, can use this site and access its information and services equally and independently. The site was built in accordance with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Accessibility level
The site is adapted to the Israeli standard IS 5568 Part 1 (2023), based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at level AA, as far as reasonably possible. The most recent review was carried out on October 6, 2026.
Testing environments: an automated scan (axe-core), manual keyboard testing in Chrome on Windows in desktop and mobile views, including 200% zoom and a 320-pixel viewport, and testing with the NVDA screen reader in Chrome. Testing with VoiceOver on iPhone has not yet been done.
What was adapted on the site
- Semantic page structure with ordered headings, and a defined language and direction (English, left to right).
- Alternative text for meaningful images, with purely decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Color contrast between text and background, checked across all sections.
- The ability to zoom in the browser without losing content.
- Form fields include labels, explicit error messages, and marked required fields.
- Visitors who have set "reduce motion" on their device get the site without scroll and motion animations.
- A "skip to content" link at the start of every page, and a marked main content area.
- The mobile menu and the testimonial player open and close with the keyboard, including the Escape key, and focus returns to the button that opened them.
- The testimonial videos have Hebrew captions.
- A "Display settings" button on every page: larger text, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, readable font, line spacing and stopping animations. It is an added convenience; the accessibility itself is built into the site's code.
- The site is adapted for display on desktop, tablet, and mobile phone.
Known limitations
- The captions on the testimonial videos were prepared from a transcript and proofread, and may contain small inaccuracies in names. Feel free to reach out and we'll be glad to share the testimonial content in writing.
- Some of the site's animations are controlled by scrolling. Anyone who finds this difficult can turn on "Stop animations" in the Display settings button, or "reduce motion" in their device settings.
We keep working to improve the site's accessibility. If you run into content that isn't accessible, we'd appreciate you letting us know.
Accessibility of the service
The studio does not receive visitors in person. Service is provided by phone, video call, WhatsApp, and email, and you can choose whichever contact channel suits you.
